My name is Hayley Cockayne,
I’m a mum of two & I have been teaching Antenatal and Baby classes across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire since 2014. Originally as The Daisy Foundation Nottingham & Grantham & now under my own brand inHale since 2023. I have also been offering Birth Trauma Rewind and hypnotherapy since 2016.

​New and expectant parents as well as therapy clients come to me from all over the East Midlands. With most travelling from Nottingham, Leicester and Grantham areas including West Bridgford, Bingham, Radcliffe-on-Trent, The vale of Belvoir, Barrowby, Bottesford, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Sleaford, Ruddington and more.

​When I'm not spending time with my own gorgeous family; I very much enjoy growing this friendly & caring community of new parents through peer support and whatsapp groups.

My Antenatal & Baby classes offer you the full continuity of care. From those very early weeks of pregnancy, all the way through to your baby's 1st Birthday!

I just love to support new parents throughout this exciting time. With most returning to my classes with their 2nd, 3rd or even 4th Pregnancy & baby. Because you aren't just a client to me. You are family.
