Pregnancy, birth and motherhood are some of the defining experiences of your life and I want to help you focus, prepare and relax to help you thrive during this important part of your life.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes- every Tuesday | 19:45-21:00- The Allendale Centre, Wimborne My classes are specifically for pregnant women and will be tailored to help ease any ailments you mention in our hello circle at the beginning of class. Suitable for yoga beginners or those with a regular practice. Pay as you go and discounted packages available.

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga Classes- every Thursday | 9:30-10:45am- Allendale House, Wimborne Postnatal Mum and Baby yoga offers an opportunity to build physical strength and learn breathwork and relaxation techniques to help you thrive – a safe space to support your journey through motherhood: Build up strength from the inside out, working to restore the pelvic floor Ease out aches and pains from feeding or awkward sleeping positions Learn techniques to cope with the mental and emotional demands of motherhood Time out for relaxation and bonding with baby Meet other new Mums in the area.

About

I’m Jenna, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher. Also mother and stepmum to five children (four of which are girls!) who all inspire me to make the world a better place for them. One hugely important way I feel this can be achieved is in the empowerment and support of women, particularly as they begin their life changing journey into motherhood.

I made my way into pre and postnatal yoga after the amazing birth of my second daughter, I felt positive, in control and present at her birth which was a contrast to my first and made me want to support women to also have the most positive experience possible. This has evolved into a desire and love for building a community for local women, helping them to build their village while pregnant and offering a friendly, down-to-earth, safe space for them to learn and practice breath, movement and relaxation helping them thrive in pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

I am registered with FEDANT (Federation of Antenatal Educators) and completed my 200 hour training with LushTums which is accredited by Yoga Alliance. I have also completed Biomechanics for Birth training with renowned midwife Molly O’Brien.
