I am a yoga hypnobirthing meditation and mindfulness teacher. I teach for all stages of life. Pregnancy yoga, Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga, hypnobirthing, children's and family yoga. I also teach yoga for teens and adults. I incorporate meditation and mindfulness in my classes. I also teach separate classes for meditation and mindfulness classes too. I'm available for schools and nurseries. My classes are a great way to build both physical and mental fitness, resilience and happiness
