Baby yoga is suitable ones the 6-8 week check has been completed.

This 5 week course will help you bond and connect with your baby, and support their development. This course is designed with both parent and baby in mind! You will gain support in a welcoming, friendly and non-judgmental environment, while meeting other mums and enjoying a hot cuppa and a chat each week.
