LUNA'S MOON

👣Our walks are designed to help and support mums from pregnancy through to little ones up to 24 Months in prams, get out and meet like-minded mums to get some fresh air, a change of environment, escape stress for a little while, and walk and chat with other mums.

🩷At Lunas moon we know how isolating it can feel when you have just had a new baby, whether it's your first or 8th baby, because worrying about where it is safe to go out with them in the early weeks/months, what germs you may be exposing your new baby to or if theyl cry the whole time your there can be worrying for babies health and anxiety inducing for you.

👣Well, with our walking mum's group, you don't have to worry about any of that because we are there to support each other, chat away, breathe in the fresh air, walk and grab a hot drink along the way!

🩷The aim is to help you connect with other mums, you'll meet familiar faces as well as new ones, each time we walk.

We want everyone to feel welcome and to take the nerves and anxiety out of meeting new people, without having to walk into a venue to meet new mums.

🩶The walks are designed for mums of babies in prams aged 0 to 2 years.

🩷Walking mums is FREE, we meet every fortnight on a Thursday afternoon and is open to all mums who want to join with their baby.

🩶All I ask is that you message me to book a space, so I know numbers. If you can no longer join us, then please message me to cancel (again for numbers and so I am not waiting for you to arrive when you can't make it).

I limit the numbers to 10 mums per walk so it does not become a crowd and too many people to feel overwhelming so it is vital you book to save being turned away.
