What Mama Glow says

Our Mama Glow classes, run by Amanda From Yoga Elements, are uplifting, calming and supportive and are designed with both mum and baby in mind. Feeding, changing and comforting your baby when you need to is encouraged and you can do as much or as little of the class as you are able to. We always make time to have a cup of tea and cake or biscuits at the end of class so that you can relax, enjoy a hot cup of tea and connect with other mums. Mama Glow Pregnancy Yoga Classes - take time out of your busy week to move, breathe, stretch and connect with your baby. Relieve the aches that often come with pregnancy, build quiet strength and learn breathing techniques that will help you during birth and into motherhood. Baby Glow Massage Course - this courses offers you precious time and a host of techniques to help you truly connect with your baby. We use yoga and massage to aid your baby’s physical development, co-ordination and balance. We also practice gentle seated yoga stretches for you as mums, focusing on neck, shoulder and back tension release. Mama Glow Postnatal Yoga Classes - Create space, strength and balance in both body and mind through yoga and Pilates. All types of birth and levels of postnatal recovery are welcomed and catered for.

Amanda is an experienced Yoga Teacher who specialises in Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga & Pilates and Baby Massage. She is passionate about nurturing and supporting mums during pregnancy, into motherhood and beyond.
