Please note this class is also suitable if you are pregnant and already strength training and want to continue in your pregnancy.
If it’s your first class please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to fill in a par-q and talk through and niggles, core or pelvic floor support or injuries you have which may need adaptations.
