Drawing on years of teaching experience, my prenatal and postnatal yoga classes have been designed to provide a nourishing and supportive environment to guide you safely through your journey to motherhood from preconception to pregnancy and beyond, helping you enjoy and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally. Below, you will read descriptions for both my Mum and baby & pregnancy yoga classes.

Mama Hugz Mum and Baby Yoga classes are designed to support and strengthen Mum’s postnatal recovery with gentle, focused movement, stretches and breathing techniques to regain strength and muscle tone in the back, abs and pelvic floor, and to realign and stabilise the pelvis, as well as supporting her emotional wellbeing.
Baby is fully integrated into Mum’s practice providing a beautiful opportunity to bond and move and laugh and enjoy spending time together.

Classes are suitable from around 6-8 weeks postpartum or from 8-10 weeks if baby arrived by c- section. Each session lasts approximately one hour with added time afterwards to enjoy cupcakes and chats. Class includes postnatal yoga for Mummy, yoga just for baby, yoga to enjoy together and time to relax and snuggle down together at the end of our practice.

I also organise regular “ Mama meet ups” such as picnics and coffee catch ups as a means to get to know one another better outside of the class environment.

MamaHugz Pregnancy Yoga combines specific yoga postures to prepare the body for birth, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour and deep relaxation exercises to calm the body, mind and emotions. A time to strengthen the bond between you and your baby. This class is a fantastic way to meet other Mums to be in our community. Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.
