Description

A special (very cute!) class for Dad and baby to bond together and enjoy that special 1 on 1 time. This interactive, fun yet relaxed session will include gentle baby yoga stretches, yoga for Dad and relaxation for Dad and baby together.

Class will be followed by refreshments and time to chat and socialise with other Dads in our community.

Partners/Mums are welcome to stay and watch/join in or alternatively enjoy some "alone time"!

If possible, please bring a yoga mat and small blanket for baby. I do have spare mats if you do not own a mat.
