You & Your Baby: The Early Days

Take a moment away from the chaos of the early stages of motherhood, and join me and up to six mums, for an opportunity to talk, listen, and be supported as you find your way through the early days with your newborn.

The time following birth can be an emotional rollercoaster, and often, mums can feel alone. These sessions are to support you as you navigate your way through this time. Whether you want to come and share your stories so far, have a good laugh or cry, or simply sit with a coffee and pastry in hand, please come down. Looking after yourself during the postnatal period isn't just a nice-to-have - it's essential.

I'm Helen, a qualified Doula and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner, and I set Maternal You up to support mums with their emotional wellbeing during such a transformative stage in their lives. Whether this is your first or fifth baby, it all comes with challenges, and my purpose is to be someone you can lean on for help, guidance or simply a listening ear.
