What Milestone Fitness says

Are you pregnant and looking to keep strong a fit throughout your pregnancy journey and beyond? Are you postnatal and looking to regain your strength and fitness post birth? Whether you are new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast, I would love to help you prepare for the demands of motherhood by providing fitness training that is safe, effective and fun, giving you the tools and confidence to manage your own fitness journey in the future. Group classes include Prenatal Strength, Postnatal Strength and Postnatal & Beyond; all of which are in person. All fitness classes are based on functional exercises and movements which mimic everyday life. What do mums do? They squat, lunge, lift and carry so we need to train for those functions. Personal training sessions can be as 121s or Duos either in person or online or blended. For in person training I come to a location to suit you (within 5 miles of Epsom) at a time to suit you. No childcare? No problem - we can train together at your home either alongside your little ones or while they nap.

About

I'm a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in pregnancy and postnatal fitness based in Epsom, Surrey.
I'm also a mum to 2 little ones under 5 and exercised throughout both my pregnancies and beyond.
I'm passionate about making exercise as accessible as possible for mums and mums to be given the multitude of benefits that it brings for both physical and mental personal wellbeing.
