This class is designed for new mums who want to build a strong foundation with a focus on the core and pelvic floor, whatever your ability. Led by PT, postnatal specialist and mum of two Marianna, this class is safe for diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Recommended for mums from 6 weeks postpartum or 10 weeks post-section.
Pre-walking babies welcome. Mats and equipment provided.
