Description
A 45-minute postnatal fitness class designed especially for mums from 6–8 weeks after birth. Bring your little one along and get them involved, or let them play and socialise while you enjoy a fun, feel-good workout just for you.
Each session is carefully programmed to be safe and supportive for diastasis recti, prolapse and incontinence, helping you rebuild strength and confidence in your body. With options to suit every level, you can keep things gentle as you ease back into exercise or choose more advanced progressions when you’re feeling ready to challenge yourself.
Parking on site. Plenty of room for prams. Ground floor location. Kitchen facilities available. Changing facilities available.
