Description
Mums in Motion Pregnancy Fitness Class offers a safe and welcoming space for expectant mums to stay active, strong, and connected during pregnancy. Our classes focus on gentle, low-impact exercises that are specially adapted to support your changing body across all trimesters.
Led by a qualified pre- and postnatal instructor, each session helps improve posture, core connection, strength, and mobility—all while reducing common pregnancy aches and building confidence as your bump grows. You’ll also get the chance to connect with other local mums-to-be in a supportive and understanding environment.
After booking the class, forms will be sent to you via JotForm that must be completed before you attend the class.
If you park in the gym car park, you will need to enter your registration on a machine inside.
You need to sign in at reception.
