MUMSPACE TALKING GROUP
A supportive talking group for mums to share their feelings and experiences
What MumSpace talking group says
A FREE talking group for mums to share their feelings and experiences.
MumSpace is a compassionate talking group for mums to to come together in their shared experiences. It is facilitated by Kate Joseph, mum and Clinical Psychologist.
There are countless groups that focus on babies and young children. MumSpace is different - it is for mothers. Here, you can openly discuss your experiences and reflect on the challenges of motherhood in a supportive space, knowing that you are not alone. MumSpace is inspired by a longstanding group called ‘Mothers Talking’ that was run until this year by a psychotherapist called Naomi Stadlen.
