5-Week Baby Massage Course – Strengthen Your Bond & Soothe Your Baby 🌸

Before babies are able to understand language, we often communicate and comfort them through touch. When a baby cries, we instinctively hold, cuddle, or gently stroke them. Baby massage is a natural extension of this loving response. Through massage, you can express your love while meeting your baby’s need for touch and affection—so essential for their healthy development.

Baby Massage Classes by Donnamaree Daodu follow the Blossom & Berry Curriculum. Over five weeks, you’ll gradually learn to massage your baby’s whole body, with a new area introduced each week and continued in the following week, until you build up to a full-body massage:

 Week 1: Legs & Feet Massage + Introduction of the Love Bubble

 Week 2: Stomach Massage & Massage for Relief of Colic, Gas & Constipation + Introduction of the Love Loop

 Week 3: Arms, Hands & Chest Massage

 Week 4: Face Massage

 Week 5: Back Massage

Each session also includes background information about baby massage—its history, benefits, and research—alongside guidance on the best times to massage your baby, how to read your baby’s cues, and how to adapt baby massage as your child grows.

Parents also have the opportunity to enjoy a light snack, share experiences, and connect with other families. These classes are not only a chance to strengthen your bond with your baby but also a wonderful way to build friendships that can last a lifetime.
