New Mum Wellness was created to support mothers during the often-overlooked fourth trimester — the months after birth when everything feels new, beautiful, and overwhelming all at once.
Founded by Bea, a certified health coach, mum of two, and author of The Postpartum Planner & Journal, New Mum Wellness helps mums build emotional resilience and feel calmer, stronger, and more supported in everyday life.
Through a combination of wellness circles, practical tools, and gentle routines, Bea guides new mums to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find small moments of calm among the chaos. Her approach is rooted in empathy and experience — shaped by her own journey of navigating motherhood without a “village” and discovering how self-care can become a lifeline, not a luxury.
Each New Mum Wellness event, course, or product is designed to make wellbeing feel doable and realistic — not another thing on the to-do list. From weekly Wellness Circles at Burnham Library to downloadable planners and checklists, every offering encourages mothers to take one small step each day towards balance and confidence.
