NURTURED BIRTH & BABY

Our baby massage classes will teach you to comfort and support your baby through an array of gentle baby massage techniques. You’ll also learn to recognise your baby’s body language and subtle non-verbal cues. Our small group sessions create a warm space for new parents to connect, share and support one another.

What to expect:

• A five-week course introducing a new massage area each week, building up to a full-body routine in our final session.

• Insight into the origins of baby massage and the many benefits it offers your little one.

• Calm, friendly classes with plenty of time to practice, feed and settle your baby, and chat with other parents.

• You’ll leave with a new skill and the confidence to continue baby massage at home.

Our classes are suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months, offering you a gentle new way to soothe and bond with your baby.
