The group runs once a fortnight on a Saturday from 10.30 until 12.30

We offer support to those going through PND and any associated mental health issues.

The group is affiliated with PANDAS Foundation who also offer a handful of other services.

Being someone who has suffered with PND, I can relate to issues with PND.

At the group, we offer a safe space for you to speak open and freely about anything that you are going through or just talk about everyday life over a cup of tea and a biscuit.

It is free to attend the group so no payment is needed
