Description

At Physical Fitness, we support mums beyond birth with specialist postpartum small-group gym classes designed to help you rebuild strength, stay active, and move with confidence after pregnancy. Our sessions aim to support recovery, restore functional strength, and prepare your body for the physical demands of early motherhood.

Our postpartum gym classes combine gentle cardio, functional fitness, and strength & conditioning in a safe, postnatal-appropriate format. Each class is carefully programmed to help rebuild strength, endurance, mobility, and body awareness while respecting the changes your body has experienced. Sessions are structured to support core and pelvic floor recovery, posture, breathing, and functional movement that carries through daily life and early motherhood.

All classes are led by highly educated instructors who take the time to understand your individual needs, goals, and stage of postpartum recoveryEducation and safety are always our priority, ensuring you feel supported, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
