At Physical Fitness, we support mums from bump to baby with specialist prenatal small-group gym classes designed to help you stay strong, active, and confident throughout pregnancy. Our sessions aim to keep you moving safely, support a healthy labour, and prepare your body for the demands of birth and recovery.
Our prenatal gym classes combine gentle cardio, functional fitness, and strength & conditioning in a safe, pregnancy-appropriate format. Each class is carefully programmed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and body awarenesswhile adapting to your changing body. Sessions are structured to support posture, breathing, and functional movementthat carries through daily life, labour, and early postpartum recovery.
All classes are led by highly educated instructors who take the time to understand your individual needs, goals, and stage of pregnancy. Education and safety are always our priority, ensuring you feel supported, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
