POSTNATAL SUPPORT WITH BECKS

Join me on a 4 week baby massage course at the beautiful boxmoor trust centre. Baby massage has so many benefits for baby and their parent/carer. I am a breastfeeding counselor, antenatal teacher and sleep specialist, so during the sessions I can give advice and information in many areas. I will teach you all the massage strokes throughout the 4 weeks, which you can use at home to help calm and soothe your baby. Refreshments and some delicious cake and biscuits will also be available. There is time for catching up with people during the session and making new friends. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
