PREGNANCY YOGA WITH ELLIE
This isn’t just yoga—it’s your space to breathe, relax and grow. I'm here for it
What Pregnancy Yoga with Ellie says
Pregnancy is not a condition. It is a choice. And it is deeply powerful.
I believe that every woman has the right to shape her own pregnancy journey—not based on fear, outdated narratives, or passive expectation, but on trust in her own body, instincts, and lived experience.
Yes, guidance from midwives and healthcare professionals is important, (I'm here to support you, if required), but so is asking questions. Challenging advice that doesn’t sit right. Speaking up, saying, “That doesn’t feel true for me.”
In a world full of noise, opinion, and unsolicited advice, I believe women don’t need more judgment or pressure—they need space, facts, and the freedom to decide how pregnancy unfolds for them.
My path thus far has brought me lots of amazing opportunities, and now, I’m proud to be a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher in Horsham, driven by my genuine desire to guide people in their own paths, at this transformative life stage.
Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, you are the only one who can feel what’s happening inside your body. You deserve information, not opinions. Empowerment, not patronisation.
This is your baby. Your story. Your body. Your life.
And you have the right to own all of it.
About
I've been where you are! When I found out I was pregnant with my son in 2022, I’d told myself I'd study, I'd look after myself more. And a few weeks into my pregnancy; feeling sick every day, battling my ever changing hormone levels, and feeling like I had no real outlet with other Mums, I felt more alone than ever. As my pregnancy developed, I got bolder, I talked with my wonderful husband more, I started to work out what future I wanted for our son, I did take an online hypnobirthing course—not to control my birth, but to understand how to meet it, head on. It was the best decision I ever made! I was able to grow, and trust my body. I knew I wanted to feel every part of what was about to happen—to work with my body, not override it.
I know every journey is different, and I work to build trust, and make you feel seen, heard and acknowledged.
I have a genuine passion for supporting women at all stages of pregnancy and birth. This is what I tell the women I teach: there is always time to pause and reflect. Find a birth partner who knows what you want, someone who can champion for you, when you’re at your most primal. And above all—trust that your body knows how to birth. It has always known. Women have given birth in huts, in caves, on forest floors, at home, in hospitals, in silence, in song. And you can too.
