About

I have worked in healthcare for over 38yrs as a nurse, midwife, health visitor and manager. After re-training as a reflexologist and yoga teacher, I took early retirement in July 2021 to set up my own health and well being business. I have done further courses on pregnancy yoga, postnatal rehab yoga and yoga therapy. I live in East Devon with my teenage son and campervan Lady.
