As well as meeting other new mums, 6WeekSocial gives you access to local postnatal and women's health specialists who share their knowledge, practical advice and experience to help support you through the early stages of motherhood and the postpartum period. 6WeekSocial mum and baby postnatal courses for mums with babies 0-6 months of age. Come together over 6 weekly sessions with other local mums that have recently had a baby for friendship and that so important mummy community. Plus each weekly session is hosted by a postnatal specialist sharing practical advice and tips on matters such as baby's sleep, pelvic health and c-section recovery, early childhood illnesses, baby development, postnatal nutrition, motherhood well-being and more.
