ACTIVE HANDS EVENTS

During this session, children use step-by-step directions to build LEGO robots using our specialised robot kits. They use collaborative skills to modify their robots and then use our WeDo Software to develop computer/ipad coding skills. More advanced children are able to explore by changing different commands as well as problem solve multiple ways to achieve their own personal goals, while beginner coders learn the very basics. Whatever their level, children enjoy their accomplishments.

*Please plan to finish snacks and drinks before using the equipment to minimise spills.
*Grown ups are welcome to stay and enjoy drinks and snacks at a nearby table but children will be working in pairs with other children.
*Parents are equally invited to drop children at the workshop and go but please let Emily know your plans to ensure health and safety needs are met.
