Adapted Pilates is a great way to support your pregnancy and prepare you for labour and birth!
Each session includes restorative stretches and breath work to help you keep comfortable throughout your pregnancy and let you focus with a clearer mind.

No previous Pilates experience necessary
Suitable from +12 weeks
