Through playful stretches, simple poses, and song-based movements, you’ll help support your baby’s flexibility, digestion, coordination, and body awareness—all while following their natural rhythm. Every movement is gentle, safe, and adaptable, making it perfect for babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling.

The massage portion of the class introduces calming, baby-safe techniques that can help ease gas, fussiness, and tension, while also promoting better sleep and relaxation. More importantly, massage strengthens emotional bonding and helps you grow in confidence as you learn to read and respond to your baby’s cues.

This class is baby-led and judgment-free. Babies are welcome to feed, nap, cry, or simply observe—there’s no expectation to keep up or perform. You’ll be encouraged to trust your instincts, honor your baby’s needs, and enjoy the moment just as it is.
