💜 Be part of our local Basking Babies community where we discuss the highs & lows of motherhood. Celebrate our bodies, unpack our new identities, share our experiences alongside uncovering the lows, the rock bottoms, the long days/nights, the impact on our relationships, our time, our mental health and so much more. A safe space to hold each other, be each other’s rocks and let us help build that village for you. A space to share and learn to accept our birth choices/experiences together.

🩷 Activities for both mum & baby; mindfulness park walks, artwork, relaxation, facilitated play - music, food & chats and so much more!

💜 Group outings / events. Let your children get to know each other too. They will likely end up in similar (if not the same) schools, let them create memories on our trips too whilst you enjoy sharing the load as mummy too 🫶🏻

🩷 Some amazing Guests throughout our ongoing weekly sessions where appropriate to help you with your new bodies, help keep you healthy and happy, baby experts to answer those real critical questions etc.

It is an absolute honour to bring these classes to you all so I can’t thank you enough for asking me all of 2023 to make them happen…!

They will run in blocks at a time to ensure consistency (this helps the groups get to know each other/ open up). There is an option for monthly subscription (cheaper long term) if you would prefer also.
