Description

Learn a comprehensive baby massage routine on a weekly basis which is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. The routine uses both Indian and Swedish massage techniques and reflexology and the course also covers colic prevention and alleviation as well as settling techniques. Enjoy spending quality time during the course bonding with your baby and have the confidence and knowledge to apply what you have learned at home. Suitable for babies from birth until crawling.
These sessions allow parents and babies to continue to gain the benefits of baby massage and to learn the art of baby reflexology; providing additional techniques to ease and relieve normal baby discomforts. Suitable for babies from birth to crawling.
