The class includes delicious treats, yoga session, sharing circle, guided relaxation and a handmade candle to take home to recreate a micro moment of calm.
It's suitable for mums-to-be, mums 6 weeks postpartum or much further along your motherhood journey.
You'll leave feeling physically and emotionally lighter!
Please bring a bottle of water, cushion and yoga mat. I have a limited number of mats available to borrow so please email to request one. Please wear comfortable clothes and inform me of any dietary requirements.
