Starting solids is a big milestone! It’s exciting, but it often comes with a lot of questions, confusion, and anxiety about safety, nutrition, and dealing with the inevitable mess.
This comprehensive, friendly, and evidence-based workshop is designed to equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools you need to navigate the weaning journey smoothly and successfully, ensuring your baby develops a happy and healthy relationship with food.
