Description

Suitable for babies from 6/8 weeks to 6m.

Tiny Shoots is a progressive baby massage course where we will add a different part of the body to the massage routine each week, leading to a full body massage routine for baby.

Classes are age appropriate and baby led, starting off gently and adding basic baby yoga moves and sensory play as the course progresses, when babies are able to handle more stimulation.

Baby massage is a fantastic way to bond with your baby while learning to respond to their cues and easing symptoms of common baby complaints such as teething, colic and indigestion. It is proven to improve baby sleep, can reduce crying and also supports baby's body awareness.

Tiny Shoots - Baby Massage is there to support you in the early weeks and months with your baby and there will be time to chat with other parents and share advice. WhatsApp group is encouraged, so you can continue to get to know each other outside of class too.
