Description

A new initiative from the people behind Buggy Runners, the fitness session where your baby comes too. Welcome to a new friendship group for all Mums and Mums to be looking for fresh air, exercise, company, advice, help and support.

We are a free park-based social group for Mums, Mums to be, Dads, Grandparents, Carers. Welcome to a new friendship group for those looking for fresh air, exercise, company, advice, help and support.

Mummy Walk & Talk is the perfect way to enjoy some gentle exercise while out with your baby. The walks are led by certified walk leader Angela Sweeney and her wonderful team of volunteers.

Walking outdoors in beautiful green spaces has been proven to help with wellbeing, both mental and physical. The walks will last just 45 minutes and a chance to visit the café with new friends and continue the conversation. This initiative is supported by Ellie Brown, Wellness, Fitness & Pilates, Greenwich Borough & the Royal Parks.

All our classes are kept small so we can give you the upmost support. Our lovely teachers & coaches are fully qualified to guide you in your pre & postnatal fitness goals. Any questions or advice, please get in touch.
