We would like to welcome you to join us for our Children’s Mini Retreat.
We have an incredible mini retreat planned for your child. Starting off with some fun icebreakers and introductions. The afternoon will consist of some movement on and off the mat, designed for all abilities. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in children of school age. Yoga improves balance, strength and endurance in children.

We will guide them through some journal writing, writing in a journal allows children to reflect on their thoughts and emotions. This can help them to better understand themselves and their feelings and lead to a deeper sense of self-awareness.They will exercise their creative flares using paint and canvas to create some beautiful master pieces.

We have two wonderful practitioners joining, Lynda will deliver Quantum Kids. The Quantum Healing session combines principles from quantum physics and holistic medicine. During the session Lynda will guide them into a relaxed state, through breath-work, meditation and visualisation techniques. She uses energy healing, chakra balancing, or intention setting to address physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.

We will finish with some light meditation and sound baths. Nicole will lead an atmospheric sound healing experience using sound baths and calming meditation. She will take them on a journey through sound, using the ancient healing technique of vibrioacoustic therapy
using a variety of instruments including crystal quartz singing bowls and gong.

The mini retreat has been designed for children age 7-10.
