Parenting Coach (and Toddler Doula) Isobel Mary Champion offers a series of online drop-in classes for parents seeking a little support, inspiration, and serenity in their parenting. Covering a range of common issues including tantrums, mealtimes, maintaining boundaries and finding time for self-care, Isobel approaches each topic from a perspective of holistic wellbeing and mindfulness for both parent and child.

You can have your camera switched on or off, and you are welcome to contribute or just listen! Send me your toddler problems in advance and I will try to theme each session around the current issues!
