Description

Our classes are suitable for babies from age of 8 weeks to pre-crawlers.

On the course , you will learn:

* Leg massage
* Tummy massage
* Chest massage
* Arm massage
* Back massage
* Face massage

Also

* Gentle yoga leg stretches
* Arm stretches
* Safety Swings and Dips (to stimulate the Moro reflex and build trust and resilience)

Small and safe nurturing classes to learn the techniques and the many amazing benefits of baby massage and baby yoga.

Here are a few:
*Further develop your bond and attachment
* Help relieve symptoms such as wind, colic, constipation and teething
* Aid in brain development
* May promote sleep and relaxation
* Aids in muscle strengthening and help babies to achieve those early milestones such as crawling and walking.
