Description

Prenatal Yoga has many benefits in pregnancy and for labour and birth, helping to: maintain optimal alignment as your posture changes, build strength and mobility and give you tools to reduce your stress in day to day life. I believe that you should feel strong, capable and empowered in this time and a lot of information out there (don't do this, don't do that - without any explanation!) can make us fear our bodies and birth. So while we will do relaxation practices, we will also maintain and build strength in a mindful way to accommodate your incredible, changing body. All stages of pregnancy welcome.
