MY ADULT & ME

The best way to start your Friday ! a joyful, confidence-boosting dance class for little ones aged 18 months–3 years, with their grown-up by their side.

This is a gorgeous weekly routine to look forward to: music, movement, songs and dance, with plenty of smiles within a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where both toddlers and adults can connect.

Expert-led, beautifully delivered

The class is led by our School Director Miss Lovick, who has been teaching pre-school dance for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and professional qualifications ,so you can feel confident your toddler is learning through age-appropriate, carefully structured play that supports coordination, musicality, confidence, and early development.

A studio toddlers (and adults) love

Our studio is a truly special space — beautiful mirrors, a gorgeous floor, and an exciting range of props and equipment to keep every session fresh and magical. We use a whole world of resources including:

• acro pads
• bouncy tumble track
• parachutes
• scarves
• bean bags
• balance beams
• …and much more.

We really do have it all to make each class a marvellous sensory experience, designed to develop your toddler’s movement skills while bringing joy, fun, and laughter all round.

And for grown-ups: we also have a lovely reception area where you can chat and enjoy a coffee after class, meet other parents, and turn your Friday morning into the best one of the week.
