Description

I have worked with women for the past 25 years, with yoga at the core of what I offer. My approach is guided by the beautiful work of Vanda Scaravelli and a number of wonderful teachers who have been inspired by her legacy, as well as the work of other influential movement practioners who follow an embodied approach

Yoga can support us as women in times of transition from puberty through to pregnancy into matrescence, and followed by menopause. With the right guidance and a tailored approach, you can, discover a whole new relationship with your body, and an appreciation of just how amazing it is.
