Description

A 45-minute class designed to burn calories and improve muscle strength and tone. This is a total body workout combining both cardio and resistance moves, helping to develop stamina, core strength and flexibility. Each week the class changes, meaning you’ll constantly be challenged! There is also the added benefit of no childcare needed and precious bonding time with your little one. (Children up to school age are welcome.)
