Description
Group therapy sessions for mums who have struggled with their mental health since becoming a parent.
I’m a counsellor and a mum , I have created Mindful Mama to try fill the void that is Maternal mental health care.
I want to make a safe space for mums to come to every other week to talk about their experiences of motherhood and to be supported and hopefully make some new mum friends along the way.
I want to make the village that no longer exists in modern western society.
I hope to combine art therapy and meditation to the space giving you the chance to be reflective , creative and yourself.
