A very friendly and relaxed exercise class where baby comes to. And it doesn't matter if you need to stop to change, feed or cuddle your baby. Postnatal safe exercises designed to get your fitness back and build your core and pelvic floor strength! This class is perfect, if you want to have some fun for you... from 6 weeks postpartum to when your baby is a fast crawler. With free tummy checks to make sure you are on track!
