Pregnancy Yoga: Suitable from 12 weeks until baby arrives. We are passionate about teaching women how to have an empowered and positive birth by taking control of all the decision making. We'll teach you breathing techniques and positions for labour, we'll cover over 20 topics of birth preparation on the course and we'll help you bond with your baby and meet other mums to be.
Postnatal Yoga: A class for you and your baby, from 6/8 weeks post birth until they are crawling. A class that is as much for them as it is for you. We do baby yoga, then move onto breathing and pelvic floor work for you. Followed by gentle postnatal yoga aimed at rebuilding your core. We end with tea and biscuits and encourage you to make friends with the others in the class.
