MYSTICS TRAMPOLINE AND GYMNASTICS CLUB

Our gymnastics classes work on a weekly rotation of equipment, including bars, beam, floor, vault, trampette and air track.

They start with a game and stretch to get their body's warmed up, then in groups they rotate round the equipment learning various skills, working towards our very own certificate scheme.

We have small ratios of 6:1, to get the most out of our gymnasts, and to ensure they have a fun, energy packed class.

This class is for children who have already started reception and wish to transition into a gymnastics class that is not pre-school based.

As we run out of a school hall, we follow the schools policies and procedures on safety of all attendees.
The front door of the building must remain locked at all times.
A coach will be at the door 5 minutes prior to the start of the session and 5 minutes after (in case of issues with traffic). At which time the door will be locked to ensure the safety of all gymnasts and staff.
Parents aren't permitted into the actual gym itself, however they are more than welcome to stay and watch from outside the gym in the corridor.
Trials are available for the classes, before you make a decision on signing up.
