Fourth Trimester Prep Session – Prepare for Life After Birth
Birth gets a lot of attention — but the weeks after birth are where many mums struggle the most.
The Fourth Trimester Prep Session is a gentle, practical live workshop designed to help pregnant mums prepare for the reality of postpartum — emotionally, physically, and practically — so the early weeks feel calmer, more supported, and less overwhelming.
This session is especially helpful if you:
- don’t have a big village (or any help nearby)
- want realistic, no-nonsense preparation
- feel unsure about what postpartum will actually be like
- want to care for yourself as well as your baby
- prefer simple tools over complicated plans
During the session, you’ll be guided through the PREP Method™, a simple four-part framework that focuses on preparing your home, body, mind, and energy before baby arrives.
Together, we’ll cover:
- how to set up small home systems that save energy
- what realistic physical recovery can look like
- simple ways to reduce the mental load
- how to protect your rest and build support, even without a village
- how to create a personalised fourth trimester plan that works in real life
This is not a baby class.
It’s a mum-focused space where your recovery, wellbeing, and capacity matter.
The session is live, supportive, and intentionally kept calm and manageable. There’s space for questions, reassurance, and practical guidance — without pressure or overwhelm.

- Approx. 60–90 minutes
- £27 per session
- Choose the date that works for you
- If you can’t attend one month, you’re welcome to join a future session
You don’t need to be organised, confident, or “ready.”
You just need a willingness to take one gentle step toward supporting yourself.
Postpartum doesn’t have to be survived.
It can be prepared for — softly, realistically, and with care.

Each ticket covers the full 4-week New Mum Wellness Circle series at Burnham Library. Sessions run Thursdays 11:00–12:30 and include refreshments, a baby-friendly space, and take-home self-care tools. Bookings are handled securely through Happity — spaces are limited to 6 mums per circle.
