Designed to support young dancers, this weekly session helps build strength, improve flexibility, and boost all-round fitness — perfect for staying injury-free and progressing faster in other dance styles.
Led by our brilliant Jazz teacher Sophie, it’s a great choice for anyone who loves to move and wants to feel stronger and more confident in their dancing.
It’s also a great way to ease back into dancing after the long summer break and complements other styles like ballet, jazz, tap, or hip hop beautifully.
