Parul will create a dance environment specifically designed for parents and toddlers offering a unique experience for both. Dancing together with your toddler enhances the quality of relationships and family life, by engaging with a creative spirit, empathy, and connection.
Parents will have a chance to engage with their toddlers as they connect over rhythm, dance, and music.

About Parul:
Parul is originally from India. She has lived in India, France, and Kenya and is now based in London. She speaks English, Hindi, and French.
Parul has over 12 years of dance training from prominent dance schools globally, such as Paris Marais Dance School, Shiamak Davar's Institute of Performing Arts, and Danceworx, to name a few.
Parul has performed at the CommonWealth Games ceremony. Parul has led dance workshops for participants from various cultures, backgrounds, and age groups. Parul teaches various dance styles, from Bollywood to ballroom.

What is Bollywood dance?
Bollywood dance is the name given to the dance form used in Indian (Hindi) films.
It is a fusion of various dance styles. It includes Indian classical dance, jazz, bhangra, hip-hop, Arabic, and Western dance, to name a few.
The dance involves full-body movements, from head and neck to facial expressions and footwork, and is considered great for improving coordination.

None! Absolute beginner-friendly class.
