Our Prenatal Pilates classes are specifically designed to support your body as it changes during pregnancy. Each session focuses on maintaining core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, reducing tension, and preparing your body for labour and recovery. Movements are low-impact, safe, and tailored to each trimester.
You will learn how to move with greater awareness, protect your joints, and support your growing bump while cultivating ease in the breath and calm in the mind. Whether you are new to Pilates or continuing your practice, our instructors provide gentle guidance, modifications, and reassurance every step of the way.
