Description

A unique Post Natal Group for new mums hosted by 3 of our amazing experts from the Seed Childbirth Collective and aimed to provide support, knowledge, tools and techniques to aid your post-natal journey.

The group, hosted by Sophia Berman, Post Natal Doula and breastfeeding counsellor, Louise Slope, Child Nutritionist and Camilla Ross, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, will provide a space for new mums to come along, meet other mums, discuss /share any challenges you are facing and just enable you to relax in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
